If disembarkation takes longer
Once the PortMiami courtesy waiting period ends, each started 30-minute waiting block costs $50 for SUV XL, $60 for Van 9 or $70 for Van 14, payable when boarding. Additional waiting is limited to 3 hours and subject to availability. Delays do not automatically extend the service, so contact our team as soon as you know the party cannot be ready at the scheduled time.
Terminal names supplied during booking are planning information. Follow the cruise line’s current instructions and the final written pickup directions from Golden Ride Miami.
Before your PortMiami pickup
When you book, provide the cruise line, ship name, disembarkation date, preferred pickup time, and destination. Add the terminal when you know it, along with a phone number for WhatsApp or SMS. For an airport drop-off, include your airline, flight number, and departure time.
Your assigned driver contacts you before the service with the vehicle and pickup instructions. Cruise ships may use different terminals, and loading areas depend on the assigned vehicle and daily port operations. Follow the instructions for your reservation.
From the cruise terminal to your next destination
Once your whole group has collected its luggage and completed the terminal procedures, tell your driver you are ready. Proceed to the meeting point they provide and stay reachable while the vehicle approaches. SUV and van pickup instructions can differ.
Your private ride then takes you to the airport, hotel, residence, or other address on your booking. For Miami Airport transfers or Fort Lauderdale Airport transfers, leave enough time for road traffic, baggage check-in, and security.
Hotel and airport pickup for your cruise
If you are traveling to PortMiami, your driver meets you at the pickup location in your confirmation. At a hotel or residence, be ready at the agreed entrance with all bags. At the airport, collect your luggage and send the door or exit number so the driver can direct you to the correct vehicle loading area.
Hotel and residence pickups include 15 minutes of courtesy waiting. Airport pickups include 1 hour for domestic arrivals or 2 hours for international arrivals, measured from the recorded landing time. Contact our team promptly if your flight or cruise plans change.
