Eligible pickups more than 24 hours away are confirmed after the selected 50% deposit or full payment is verified. For pickups within 24 hours, contact us by WhatsApp or email before payment. Coordinate the terminal meeting point with your driver.

Round trips require two one-way reservations. Reserve each direction separately, or contact a representative when the itinerary needs coordinated stops or other custom arrangements.
Rates are per vehicle and one way. Online card payments add 4%. Night-service fee: $30 per service from 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. The first child seat or booster is included on request, subject to availability. Each additional seat is $20. Airport Meet & Greet costs $80 and requires advance confirmation; it is not included in the standard transfer.
Extra stops, special events, unusual luggage, or nonstandard requirements must be disclosed in advance and may require a separately approved charge.

What's included in your private cruise transfer?
Know what you are booking, how payment works, and what to expect on the day. Your SUV or van is reserved for your own passengers and their luggage.
Included in the transfer price
- A private vehicle and an English- and Spanish-speaking driver.
- One direct transfer to or from your PortMiami cruise terminal.
- Taxes, fuel, and regular road tolls.
- Your declared luggage, within the selected vehicle's capacity.
- The first child seat or booster, when requested in advance and confirmed, subject to availability.
Extras and items not included
Driver gratuities, private parking, food, and drinks are not included. An additional stop or address is an additional transfer and is charged separately. Waiting beyond 15 minutes at that stop costs extra.

Payment methods and reservation options
Pay by card through secure online checkout. Choose a 50% deposit or full payment. The full remaining reservation balance is due at the first service, in cash or by card; card payments carry a 4% fee. The booking form shows your transfer price, applicable extras, and the 4% card-processing fee before you pay.
Eligible bookings more than 24 hours before pickup are confirmed after payment, with a voucher sent by email. For pickups within 24 hours, contact us by WhatsApp or email to arrange the service before payment.
Prefer to reserve with an agent? Arrange a 50% deposit and pay the full remaining reservation balance in cash or by card at the first service, after availability is confirmed. Agent-assisted payments accept Zelle without a surcharge, or a card payment link, Venmo, or Wise with a 4% processing fee. Request payment instructions from our team.
Declare special items before booking so we can confirm vehicle capacity and any handling requirements before payment. For a custom route or another request needing review, contact our team for a written quote before payment.
Pickup, waiting time, and changes
After your cruise, collect your luggage and contact your driver when your full group is ready. Confirm the designated shuttles/buses pickup area by message. Your driver approaches once your group is ready and the meeting point is agreed. Read our Miami cruise port pickup guide before you travel.
Courtesy waiting includes 1 hour at PortMiami and 15 minutes at hotels or residences, from your scheduled pickup. Airport pickups include 1 hour after landing for domestic flights or 2 hours for international flights.
After courtesy waiting, each started 30-minute block costs $50 for SUV XL, $60 for a van for up to 9 passengers or $70 for a van for up to 14 passengers, payable when boarding. Additional waiting is limited to 3 hours and subject to availability. SUV and van cancellations at least 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund. See the complete booking and cancellation terms.
