The reservation form calculates your fixed one-way price from the exact pickup and destination. The same base applies in reverse, with extras and the 4% card fee shown separately.
Allow time for disembarkation, baggage collection, port traffic, airline check-in, and security. A short road journey does not make every flight connection possible. Share your flight departure time before confirming an early pickup, and declare strollers, mobility equipment, or extra bags so we can select enough space.

Extras and items not included
Driver gratuities, private parking, food, and drinks are not included. An additional stop or address is an additional transfer and is charged separately. Waiting beyond 15 minutes at that stop costs extra.
The first child seat or booster is included on request, subject to availability; each additional seat is $20. Optional airport Meet & Greet costs $80 and requires advance confirmation; it is not included in the standard transfer. Night service adds $30 from 9:00 PM to before 7:00 AM, Miami time.
Payment methods and reservation options
Pay by card through secure online checkout. Choose a 50% deposit or full payment. The full remaining reservation balance is due at the first service, in cash or by card; card payments carry a 4% fee. The booking form shows your transfer price, applicable extras, and the 4% card-processing fee before you pay.
Eligible bookings more than 24 hours before pickup are confirmed after payment, with a voucher sent by email. For pickups within 24 hours, contact us by WhatsApp or email to arrange the service before payment.
Prefer to reserve with an agent? Arrange a 50% deposit and pay the full remaining reservation balance in cash or by card at the first service, after availability is confirmed. Agent-assisted payments accept Zelle without a surcharge, or a card payment link, Venmo, or Wise with a 4% processing fee. Request payment instructions from our team.
Declare special items before booking so we can confirm vehicle capacity and any handling requirements before payment. For a custom route or another request needing review, contact our team for a written quote before payment.
Pickup, waiting time, and changes

Courtesy waiting includes 1 hour at PortMiami and 15 minutes at hotels or residences, from your scheduled pickup. Airport pickups include 1 hour after landing for domestic flights or 2 hours for international flights.
After courtesy waiting, each started 30-minute block costs $50 for SUV XL, $60 for a van for up to 9 passengers or $70 for a van for up to 14 passengers, payable when boarding. How much time should we allow between the cruise and our flight?
Consider the ship’s actual disembarkation process, customs, baggage collection, traffic, and your airline’s check-in deadline. Allow a generous buffer and share your itinerary with us. A transfer reservation cannot guarantee an early flight connection.
Can we book a van for a family with children and several suitcases?
Yes. Vans accommodate up to 9 or 14 passengers, subject to the declared luggage load and seating configuration. Count infants and children as passengers and include every suitcase, carry-on and stroller. Request child seats in advance: the first is included subject to availability, and each additional seat is $20.
