Extras and items not included

The first child seat or booster is included on request, subject to availability; each additional seat is $20. Optional airport Meet & Greet costs $80 and requires advance confirmation; it is not included in the standard transfer. Night service adds $30 from 9:00 PM to before 7:00 AM, Miami time.
Payment methods and reservation options
Pay by card through secure online checkout. Choose a 50% deposit or full payment. The full remaining reservation balance is due at the first service, in cash or by card; card payments carry a 4% fee. The booking form shows your transfer price, applicable extras, and the 4% card-processing fee before you pay.
Eligible bookings more than 24 hours before pickup are confirmed after payment, with a voucher sent by email. For pickups within 24 hours, contact us by WhatsApp or email to arrange the service before payment.
Prefer to reserve with an agent? Arrange a 50% deposit and pay the full remaining reservation balance in cash or by card at the first service, after availability is confirmed. Agent-assisted payments accept Zelle without a surcharge, or a card payment link, Venmo, or Wise with a 4% processing fee. Request payment instructions from our team.

Pickup, waiting time, and changes

Courtesy waiting includes 1 hour at PortMiami and 15 minutes at hotels or residences, from your scheduled pickup. Airport pickups include 1 hour after landing for domestic flights or 2 hours for international flights.
After courtesy waiting, each started 30-minute block costs $50 for SUV XL, $60 for a van for up to 9 passengers or $70 for a van for up to 14 passengers, payable when boarding.
