How we use it
We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, confirm reservations, coordinate drivers and vehicles, provide day-of service, process or reconcile payments, send booking vouchers and operational notices, keep business records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. For online bookings, we also record the version and acceptance time of the applicable terms and privacy policy, together with confirmation that the submitted trip details are accurate.
Contact form, WhatsApp, and external services
The contact form sends the information you submit directly to our team. Online reservations send booking details to our secure payment and reservation systems. Your use of WhatsApp, email delivery, payment providers, Google address services, and other external services is also subject to those providers’ privacy practices. This website does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Sharing
We may share the minimum necessary trip information with assigned drivers, transportation providers, payment processors, professional advisers, or authorities when needed to provide the service, protect rights and safety, or meet legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for operations, records, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal or tax requirements. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information we hold, subject to legitimate recordkeeping obligations. You may also ask us to stop nonessential communications.
