Hotel-to-PortMiami transfers with a child seat
Staying in Miami before your cruise? Reserve a private pickup from your Miami Beach, South Beach, Downtown or Brickell hotel and request the child seat when booking. Share your ship details and planned pickup time so the journey can be coordinated around your cruise plans.
Your vehicle is reserved for your family. Include all passengers, suitcases and a stroller so we can help you choose a suitable SUV or van. Hotel pickups include 15 minutes of courtesy waiting from the confirmed pickup time.
Airport connections for your family cruise
Arrange a private transfer between Miami International Airport and PortMiami, or request a quote for the connection with Fort Lauderdale Airport. Include flight details, your ship and the child seat request in your booking.
For airport arrivals, the driver coordinates the pickup level according to traffic. Once you have completed immigration and collected your luggage, share your door number with the driver. Airport courtesy waiting is one hour for domestic flights and two hours for international flights, starting at actual landing or a pickup time specified by you and confirmed by our team.
After your cruise: a private ride for the family
Plan your transportation after disembarkation as well as your journey to the ship. We can take your family from PortMiami to Miami Airport, your hotel or another confirmed destination. Book each direction separately and request the child seat for each ride.
Your driver will coordinate the pickup details with you. At PortMiami, collection is in the shuttle and bus pickup area for your terminal. Keep your phone available and contact the driver when your party has disembarked and collected its luggage. Port pickups include one hour of courtesy waiting from the confirmed pickup time.

Prices are per vehicle and one way. Your quote reflects the route, vehicle and requested extras. Additional stops and waiting beyond the courtesy period are charged separately. Gratuity is not included.

- Request your child seats. Include how many you need when booking. The first is free and the second costs USD 20.
- Confirm your plans. Review your quote, complete the reservation and keep your phone available for pickup coordination.
Private services can be reserved with 50% or 100% payment. With a deposit, the remaining reservation balance is payable immediately after the first service, in cash or with a physical card. Card payments carry a 4% fee. Services departing from Orlando require full payment when booking.

Can I book PortMiami transportation with a car seat?
Yes. Golden Ride Miami offers private transfers to and from PortMiami with child seats requested at booking. Share your route, ship details and seat request so our team can confirm the arrangements.
Can you collect us at our hotel before the cruise?
Yes. We arrange private pickups at Miami hotels and vacation addresses for travel to PortMiami. Provide the address, pickup time, passenger count, luggage and child seat request.
Can we book a car seat for our ride after the cruise?
Yes. Request the seat when reserving your PortMiami pickup. We provide private transfers to airports, hotels and other confirmed destinations. If booking both directions, include the request for each journey.
Where do we meet the driver at PortMiami?
The driver coordinates the exact pickup details with you. Meet in the shuttle and bus pickup area for your cruise terminal, following the driver’s instructions after disembarkation and baggage collection.
Is the first child seat free?
Yes. The first child seat is complimentary when requested at booking. A second seat costs USD 20. Tell us how many seats you need so we can confirm the arrangements with your vehicle.
How do I request a child seat?
Include the number of child seats in your reservation details. You can also speak with our team on WhatsApp before booking. Please request seats in advance so we can confirm your family’s arrangements.
Can we bring a stroller and suitcases?
Yes. Tell us the number of passengers, including all children and infants, and the luggage and stroller you will bring. We will help you choose an SUV or van with room for your party and belongings.
Is the vehicle shared with other passengers?
No. This is a prebooked private transfer for your party between the addresses confirmed in your reservation.
Can I book within 24 hours of travel?
Requests within 24 hours require manual confirmation. Reserve ahead whenever possible so we can coordinate your vehicle and child seat request.
